Hello, my name is (insert your name here), and I am an addict.....

They say that admitting your addiction is the first step....

First off who exactly are "They"?  And what is so wrong with being unconditionally and irrevocably addicted to Twilight?

We started out a very, very small population in a much, much larger group.  Our only communication up to that point was online.  We all decided to meet up to watch Twilight for the (fill in the number here) time.  ( Scary I know... Meeting people you met online...)  That night was the catalyst to all of this.  A bond was created among those of us that were not comfortable with how the evening went.  Within days,  we started sharing our experiences, and coming together as a core group.  We decided that we wanted our own place to be free of the censorship, and control we had all fallen victim to.

So long story short: The Twilight Sisterhood was created.

We have a deep love and appreciation for all things Twilight.  (Thank you Stephenie Meyer!)   We want to have a place that we can be ourselves, not having to conform to the rules of others.  A place were just because some of us have differing opinions, it is okay.  We celebrate the fact that everyone of us is unique in their own way, and each of us has something to bring to the table.  A place where it does not matter how long you have been a member or a visitor, you are welcome any time.
